Podcasting
Got a message to share with the world? Got a personality that holds people's attention? Then Podcasting may be right for you. Podcasting, a combination of the words iPod and Broadcasting, involves producing a series of audio recordings and sharing them on the Internet in a special format that can be syndicated.
The syndication is the key here. People periodically use Feed Reader software or services which fetch the latest of your Podcast episodes. These episodes are then downloaded onto the person's computer or iPod and listened to while exercising, driving, cooking, or any other task that doesn't require rapt attention.
